Your Area * Your Voice * Your Vote

Now is the time to register for the Area 56 Mini-Conference: the 41st Annual Mini-Conference! Go to our website, aaarea56.org, to register and for additional details.
Registration is free! With the QR Code you can register from your phone. The form also appears on Page 6 of this issue of Unity.
The Agenda Items for this year will be forwarded from the General Service Office of Alcoholics Anonymous in New York City to the Area 56 Delegate and then emailed to your DCM and GSR. Ask for a copy.
At our Mini-Conference, through discussion and a vote, we will come to an “Area Conscience” on some of these proposals. That is the time for you to voice your opinion and to vote on the Agenda Items. Remember, all AA members in Area 56 have a voice and a vote at the Mini-Conference.
As your Delegate, I will take the “Area Conscience” with me to the week-long General Service Conference, held in April. During that week, a “Conference Conscience” from all 93 Areas in the United States and Canada, is achieved.
Some decisions reached on the Agenda Items become Advisory Actions. All activity during the General Service Conference will be published by AAWS in the Final Report for 2024.
Be a part of your Mini-Conference! Participate in the process! Be of service to AA as a whole, for today and for the future!

Service is where the fun starts!
