The Mini-Conference gives Area 56 alcoholics and others an opportunity to discuss issues of importance to A.A. as a whole and prepare our delegate for the General Service Conference in New York.
Directions
I-70 or I-75 to SR 4 to SR 444 to WPAFB Gate 12 A. Do not go into the gate. Go into the Hope Hotel entrance all the way in the right lane. The Registration desk is on the front side of the Building. Hotel Check-in is in the rear.
The agenda includes discussions of what is happening at the General Service Office (GSO). Patrick C. (GSO Staff member) and Cathi C (East Central Region Trustee) will be speaking. A.A. members will have an opportunity to discuss GSC Panel 74 Agenda Items.

PETS: Only Certified Service animals are allowed in the Conference Center. Be prepared to show certification. Pets that are non-certified Service Animals are NOT allowed in the Conference Center. A $35.00 deposit is required to keep a pet in the Hotel, and they must be under 35# and be in a crate. Military working dogs are routinely escorted through the facility and are not to be interacted with.
Walk-ins are always welcome but Pre-Registration invites you to Saturday’s Banquet plus it helps us plan and you will get your own nicely printed Name Tag !

Everyone from Area 56 has a voice and a vote at the Mini-Conference.
We come together to create a Group Conscience. Our Delegate will then know what you think and will be prepared for the General Service Conference in April when Delegates from all Areas in the United States and Canada meet and act on the issues we discussed.
